A new, lighter expression has joined the Los Statos Deluxe lineup, as the brand has added the Los Statos Deluxe Connecticut, which began arriving in stores earlier this month.

The blend, which was developed by Matt Booth and Justin Andrews, uses an Ecuadorian Connecticut-seed wrapper, a Nicaraguan habano binder, and a filler that includes leaves from Nicaragua’s Estelí and Jalapa regions along with Pennsylvania broadleaf. It is described as the lightest blend that the pair have created to date.“Smoking Los Statos Deluxe Connecticut will set your soul ablaze,” Booth said in a press release. “It will be as if your very spirit has touched the sun.” Booth also designed the packaging for the release.
